Neither author Samantha Moran nor Obsidian Inkwell Publishing, LLC support refunds or returns of merchandise purchased through this website.

 

Exceptions to the Refund and Return Policy may be made under the following conditions:

• The item(s) ordered arrived with significant defects (such as torn covers, missing pages, or the wrong personalization)

• The ordered item was never received or a charge was accidentally incurred more than once.

 

Items are only eligible for return under these circumstances for 14 days after the items are shipped.

If an item is returned to author Samantha Moran or Obsidian Inkwell Publishing, LLC, we will make a reasonable attempt to contact you regarding your order. If after two attempts are made we do not receive a satisfactory response, your order will be forfeited without refund.

 

Samantha Moran and Obsidian Inkwell Publishing, LLC reserve the right to determine whether items meet the standards for an exception to the Refund and Return Policy and/or to request exchange of goods in place of a refund for items that meet this criterion.
