Refund and Returns Policy

Author Samantha Moran and Obsidian Inkwell Publishing, LLC do not support refunds or returns of merchandise purchased through our website for the following reasons:

• Signed Copies and Personalized Items: Items that are signed or personalized are non-returnable due to the unique nature of such products.

• RedBubble Merchandise: Items purchased through RedBubble.com must be returned through the RedBubble company. Author Samantha Moran and Obsidian Inkwell Publishing, LLC cannot guarantee the quality or delivery of items. Please seek assistance with returns by clicking on this link: RedBubble Returns.

 

Exceptions to the Refund and Return Policy may be made under the following conditions:

• The item(s) ordered arrived with significant defects (such as torn covers, missing pages, or the wrong personalization)

• The ordered item was never received, or a charge was accidentally incurred more than once.

 

Items are only eligible for return under these circumstances for 14 days after the items are shipped.

 

Samantha Moran and Obsidian Inkwell Publishing, LLC reserve the right to determine whether items meet the standards for an exception to the Refund and Return Policy. Samantha Moran and Obsidian Inkwell Publishing, LLC reserve the right to request an exchange of goods in place of a refund for items that meet this criterion.
